I’m glad to announce that a new record will be published by the newborn Flying Robert Music label on june the 8th.
Teo Ederle has been a huge presence in town since I was little more than a kid, I used to attend his gigs with Garlic and be amazed by their freedom, visions and skills. Playing music for the last decades he has always been shifting from one kind language to another, from one instrument to a different one, reggae, funk, prog, jazz, electronics, nothing seems to have been out of his reach.
In recent years we have been playing together in Reggaedoompa, a really undefinible trio who approaches improvisation from a “drop 4” beat stance and we really have fun playing on and off in our spare time.
This set the premise to explain why I’m so excited about this upcoming release, it’s music Teo’s been mumbling and caring for a long time, deeply rooted in his personal musical and familiar emotions and I feel honored being involved in the making of this project.
